bckendIQ runs a photo or video studio’s clients and its crew. The booking, the shoot, the gallery, the invoice, and what every person who worked on it is owed.
Why this exists
We ran a studio. The quote lived in one app. The contract lived in another. The gallery lived in a third. Crew hours lived in text messages. We could not find one app that knew about shoots, crews, day rates and edits, and who is owed what. So we built it.
What we believe
- The paperwork should fade away. Your time should go on the shoot, not on copying things from one app to another.
- Notes belong on the photo. A client should say what to change on the photo itself. Not in an email three days later.
- AI should make setup boring. Tell it about your studio in a few sentences. It drafts your services and packages. You check them and change what you like.
