Why this exists
Most studios don't fail on creative. They fail on operations — KPIs scattered across Notion, scorecards in a Sheet, attendance in Slack DMs, onboarding in someone's head. We've been there. We built bckendIQ because we couldn't find a single tool that spoke our language: shoots, crews, day-rates, freelance jobs, post-production cycles.
What we believe
- Operations should fade into the background. Studios should spend their energy on the work, not on stitching tools together.
- Performance feedback should be a habit, not an event. Weekly scorecards beat annual reviews — every time.
- AI should make setup boring.If Claude can generate a tailored KPI template in 30 seconds, you shouldn't spend a week designing one in a spreadsheet.
