Privacy Policy

What we keep about you
We keep what you type into bckendIQ. That means your studio name, the people on your team, and the goals and weekly score sheets you make. We also keep a little technical data so the app can run. That is your internet address, which browser you use, and the small code that keeps you signed in. We never sell or rent any of this to anyone.
What we do with it
- We use it to run the app you signed up for.
- We use it to send you emails about your account. That means sign-in, safety and billing notices.
- We use it to make the app better. We look at the numbers for everyone all together. We do not read one studio's data unless you ask us to help fix a problem.
Who can see it, and how we keep it safe
Your studio's data is kept apart from every other studio's. That rule runs on our computers, not just on your screen. So nobody else can see your stuff, even if they guess a link. Your data is scrambled while it travels between your phone and our computers. Nobody in between can read it. We store it, and back it up, on computers we rent from big, well-known companies.
What you can ask us to do
- You can download a copy of your data, or delete it, at any time. If you cannot find the button, email us.
- You can ask what we hold about you. We will tell you within 30 days.
- If you live in the EU or the UK, a law called GDPR gives you extra rights. We answer those in the same 30 days.
Cookies
We use a few cookies. One keeps you signed in. The others remember your settings. We do not use ad trackers from other companies. The full list is in our cookie policy.
